Wonderful very well-designed home-kudos to the architects! The change I would make are get rid of pocket door(s) and find a way to either expand the hallways or enlarge bedrooms to encompass the hall space to eliminate the feel of ‘small/closed in’. I absolutely love the thoughtfulness that went in to the functionality of each area and the privacy each area offers! Given all the positives I could live with the hallways (but the pocket doors are a no). 👏

The doorways seem small. Not wheelchair accessible. I dont have a need for that accessibility but wide doorways are awesome.

Love it so well done, I agree though the halls seem very tight. I am a wheelchair user so that part wouldn't work at all for me. I kove the laundry area that is so gorgeous. Love the green colors and the wallpapers, flooring a tile on the stairs. The outdoor space. The master bedroom and closet is really cool. One of my very favorite things is the blue with gold fixtures bathroom with the bull picture.

OMG I Looove everything about this home! The customization and color scheme in every bathroom, the built in shelving, custom closets. The safe entry door was jaw dropping for the mens closet and the decor is phenomenal the ambiance, and aesthetic of this home is nothing like I've ever seen before! I have seen a lot of homes on KZfaq but this one by far is my absolute favorite!!! To the builders & designer I am thoroughly impressed! Great work here!

Another winner; I’d probably change that wallpaper in the upstairs powder bathroom but, mostly everything else, I’d keep! The home is gorgeous. Also, I LOVE that they staged the home with some color; I hate when they stage new homes with white EVERYTHING. I feel like I’m touring a hospital…awesome home!

Brentwood is a nice suburb of Nashville, a lot of country stars live there, but it’s also insanely overpriced considering you can live in a house like this pretty much anywhere around Nashville for significantly cheaper, and probably even with a view so 7mil…nah

The fancy foyer and huge living room look nice but they're missing one key component. If I have a double height room I will want to put a 15 foot tall Christmas tree in there. But there's no good place for one. The obvious place in the foyer is dead center but that blocks foot traffic. In the living room, you can block the same traffic on one side, (going clockwise) block the kitchen on the other, block the back door, or put the tree right in front of the fireplace where you end up burning the house down.

The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. These Nashville luxury home prices are nuts. It's a nice home for sure, although gratuitously large, but for $6.7m with no land and no privacy from neighbors, and you'll have to pay ridiculous HOA fees too? No way this property is worth the asking price. I am considering moving to the Nashville area when I retire and I'm not poor, but if this is an indication of overall home prices in the area, I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

As soon as the tour guide said “Brentwood”, I was like “yup!” Brentwood is one of the wealthiest communities in the country! One of my buddies was a former VP of Nissan, NA and they lived in Brentwood at the time.

I never realized Nashville/ Brentwood was so expensive. I live in Northern NJ about 20 minutes from downtown NYC in what is known as one of the most expensive areas of the country and this house on this size lot would be 2.5-3million at best. I can’t even wrap my head around how expensive this house is. I won’t say it’s overpriced because I don’t know the market but WOW!!

If you havent been to Nashville you wouldnt get it. Its an amazing place. I fell in love as soon as I arrived. I have also been in Northern NJ, Long Island and midtown NYC. Honestly, if you want class and beautiful land as a family home, its in Nashville. I cant wait to move. Happy New Year!

$6.7? This would be half that in Barrington Hills IL, just outside of Chicago, which definitely has a higher cost of living than just outside Nashville. Place is nice but definitely overpriced. This is a $3.5mill home. This a $1.5 to $2 million home in Texas.
