Wow superb mansion , the only strange thing is that high fence with electric fencing.? It speaks volumes of the environment, such house is no longer being fenced at all if the estate is safe. Spending such amount only to be afraid of sleeping at night is not a good experience.

The house is overpriced. Not enough surrounding space, the location etc. There are distressed houses too close to the house.
