I've liked some of the other jewel/peter lick homes I've seen. This one misses for me big time. First I can see why he used the loft as the bedroom. Who the hell wants to walk outside, down stairs, across a patio just to get to the actual house/kitchen? Cement steps and metal railings? Enjoy that on a 118° day. I like that you can black out the whole house, but looks like the only place you can't is the room where drop your pants. Looks like nothing in the powder room. And for 3 mill...you should be able to do that from your phone, not running around the house. Calling the wood burning stove a "massive fireplace" is a bit of a stretch. For 3 mill, that kitchen is embarrassing. I didn't even realize Wolf made that small of a range. Maybe some like the exposed wood and J boxes...I'd ask "so, when do you expect it to be finished?" Good job on the backyard, but multiple houses almost on top of you and ZERO views. Feel like you can find better for 3 mill. And 3 mill for a house where a guest would have to sleep on a cot in a loft is basically nuts.

Thanks for the comment AzWah! Enes is incredible at what he does and inspires many. Before Enes was Erik Conover.. some would say he was inspired by him as well. I definitely appreciate both of their works as are many other creators. The world is abundant with room for all of us and everyone is constantly learning and growing their crafts
