This home would bring families together, like days gone by when three generations lived under one roof. Plus the safety and security of living together, especially in today's world. If we would only think of togetherness. Families wouldn't have to travel or drive. One day maybe we'll see the big picture! Live in reality and honesty.

I wish Toll Brothers would build the type of houses in Georgia they build in Texas and Florida. Everything they build here is Farmhouse Country style. Still looks good but nothing like their other markets.

OMG! @12:00 when Briggs went into the primary BR, my mind went into over drive about very special evenings, wine tasting nights, bachelor nights and all types of nights. It's such a longshot, The dream home. I would add a bit of color, change the kitchen faucet, the air vent thing, the loft to have those long book selves etc., the ball light, no half bathrooms, two showers, two tubs, two toilets in the Master Bedroom with own laundry room, office in the basement etc.

Shoot I like the cabinet choices in the prep kitchen more than in the main kitchen. I hate white kitchens and all these white walls, but this floor plan is outstanding. Bathrooms with windows, love it.

I hate when builders think just because it's the South that we don't like Contemporary and Mid-century homes. I live in Old Fourth Ward (Midtown) and besides that area and Buckhead, we always get cheap cooker cutter homes. I'm from North Alabama and it's the same.

I love how you point out the details that I don’t pay attention to! In this one I would have liked to hear suggestions of transforming the basement, all I could think of was play room 😂 But gorgeous house nonetheless!

Very , very, very nice house. Master bedroom was huge and that bathroom was gorgeous. That closet was speechless. Now that was a closet! All the rooms were nice. The only thing I would change is painting the inside. I don't like black and white at all, and the other bedrooms need to be painted as well. Other than that, the house is awesome.
