I watch a lot of home tour videos. Just my opinion, but I find most are actually not well designed and overprices. This is amazing, so well designed and executed well worth the asking price.

fridge isn't far away enough from the prep/cook area of the kitchen. whole kitchen is wonky. i do like the nice, wide seating area where the tv and and fireplace are, though. windows are nice, too. very symmetrical area. i wouldn't have pigeon holed the tv mounting recess, though. tv needs to be huge.

Beautiful home! It would have been nice to hear more from the homeowner since she was there the entire time and it isn't often the homeowner is present during the filming. Her perspective on why she chose certain materials or design aspects would have been more appealing instead of hearing your take on urinals. Anyway, gorgeous home and remodel!!

WOW, I HAVE TO GET OVER TO WALLPAPER 2 GO AND SEE IF THEY HAVE SOME GRASS CLOTH, HAIRBON IN STOCK ! SERIOUSLY, NICE JOB ON THE TOUR, MAN LISA IS CHATTY ! WELL WORTH THE ASKING PRICE, MAYBE ALITTLE LOW. SO HOW LONG HAS THIS PROPERTY BEEN ON THE MARKET, AND IF I COULD BE SO NOSEY, WHY ARE THEY SELLING. THANKS & KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

Why is this extra lady here? Brian, you can do this all by yourself. Now we won't get you honestly which is why we tune in. Next time, respectfully, lets leave the extra agent. Also, I was thinking the 4 Mil range due to location. This is an exceptional property but this is beyond limits of the location. If this house was in Henderson in the hills, I would definitely say 5 mil. But who am I? I hope someone buys it and proves me wrong.

James.. You're killing me my man!!! 🤣 But I'll take that as a compliment. Ultimately, I try to "switch it up" now and then for a slight variety. But based on feedback, it appears you'll be stuck with "JUST ME" for the foreseeable future! But to be fair, she did pretty damn good. People underestimate how difficult it is to walk and talk for 20 min at a time. No script, no second takes, no cuts.. But thanks for watching and the support James! 👊🏼
