Great tour you guys, and the watch brought some color to an otherwise dull looking interior. Not on Balboa island, view of the ugly bridge and “some” water, and obviously no boat dock. I've noticed a lot of people complaining about the proximity to neighbors, but it's not much different in this regard to one of those luxury high-rise condominiums that go for similar amounts of money in NYC and LA. Some who are wealthy enough to afford these properties prioritize a central and/or waterfront location and low maintenance living over having wide open spaces between neighbors.

Terrible privacy. View is poopy for 43mill. no yard or greenery. Garage is pitiful for a house with this price. If I'm spending that kind of money for a beach house I want access to a beach from my house.

LOVE the house, it’s huge, but I don’t like how there is ZERO space between either side neighbours….not for $43 Million, view, even though your not at the beach, or even walking distance it would be a lovely view at night. Even if there is an Ocean breeze, I couldn’t live the summers without aircon. You can’t sleep at night with the home all open like that, well certainly not here, the home invaders & thief’s would have a field day. Might be nice during the day. Having lived near the beach in my youth the ocean breeze wasn’t all the time, 24/7 so it could still be hot at any time of day or night, well in Oz, and we could see the ocean from our home, a 15 min walk down the hill to the surf beach..….but I do love an ocean breeze. 🌊❤❤
