Usually minimalism is not my thing but this gentleman has done an amazing job of making minimalism peaceful and elegant and inviting.

I've never seen a place with so much darkness that is done so well to compliment with lighter colors. The living room is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen cabinets trimmed with gray is very complimentary.

It works so well because of the high ceilings. All the dark colours would make a room with regular-height ceilings too oppressive.

Very elegant space but still cozy. Love the black wood border of the kitchen cabinets. It shows a rare attention to details.

Wow, amazingly well done. Absolutely love the combination and very well balanced tones, not too much black, not too much whites and obviously the minimalism speaks for it self. I wish one day have and apartment like this, super luxe in details on point I would say.

This might be the most gorgeous loft in all of NYC, not just TriBeCa. The balance of light and dark, the textures, materials and sculptural pieces of art are so calming and comfortable. And can we talk about the den? The ochre is sheer perfection. This loft is my dream home.

here in nordic minimalistic decore is the thing. i love the clean look but it should maybe have few more bigger plants. this is a nice change for the apartments usually seeing here, very busy, overly cluttered with stuff, every corners of apartment filled with furniture and things. very busy and messy look, its usual american way to decorate, so this is like a fresh bleeze of air. minimalistic doesnt have to be boring, its the simplicity that gives a cosy vibes, less is always more.

Absolutely love it, but the dining table seems to be crowding the space or infringing on the seating area. With that much ceiling I wonder how a mezzanine would work...

I like the apartment, but not the high ceiling in the kitchen dining room area. It is not practical and expensive to heat up and condition the temperature in such a high room. How are you going to clean the windows up there or remove the cobwebs? Using a fold-up ladder? There could easily be a mezzanine up there and you would have solved the problem and added square footage at the same time. But the interior and furniture is very very nice. I especially like the natural stone surface and backsplash in the kitchen.
