... your camera work and editing is simply wonderful. There are people who believe that it is just pressing rec and using autofocus, but in each shot you demonstrate a great culture of composition, great dynamic rhythm of movement and with the right focus. As insane as it sounds that first house is a good deal. You get a massive home, on a very large lot and in a terrific neighborhood (right off Old Cutler Rd).

Coral Gables is insanely underrated, the only downside is lack of waterfront real estate but I suppose Old Cutler and Tahiti Beach make up for it big time! Great vid in any case and beautiful properties 🙌🏼

Coco Plum, Gables Estates, Snapper Creek all have water front. Some on canals, very wide canals or better. I know what you mean though, most dont have waterfront.

Meh🙄 It's getting harder & harder to engage in my fantasy of picking multi million dollar homes like before - the majority are snapped up & remodeled into "white squares" & "cold sanitized asylum" interiors. Gimme me Mediterranean roofs & architecture with exotic tiles & bold colors with colorful Bouganvillas throughout the landscape😍
