I am a designer, and I can say with responsibility - this is one of the most beautiful houses presented on KZfaq. Especially the garden and outdoor areas! It's pure joy to watch - I've watched the video a few times and paused a lot, lol, and I'll probably do it again :-). It reminds me of my own space, I have very similar tastes to Mr. Brewer. It must be hard to give up such a beautiful house, but on the other hand - it is more of a family home; too big for one person and a cute medium-sized doggie. I wish Mr. Brewer could meet receptive buyers who would fall in love with the house and the place as he once did, and after selling the house he found a beautiful place where he would like to live.

Astonishing. Thank you for letting us in to your thought process of collecting and enjoying. Somehow, with all the goods that you have collected, and are living with, you don’t act like a hoarder. You are someone who is treating the things that you live with as if they were museum pieces but you’re also living with them. Wonderful.

What a treasure of a home. I love the seclusion, greenery, flora and the beautiful roof tiles shing in the sun. He did a wonderful job of making it an inviting place to live. Billie is cute too.

Oh, my word!!! Stewardship: This is how I feel about my 1907 demi cottage in Denver. I was lucky enough to find and reno my home so it will (hopefully) stay around for another few generations. I was born in Yonkers & all my moms family were from there. Dad was from the Bronx. Love love love Wave Hill. Anywho we lived closer to the highpoint Sacred Heart Monastery. Remember going to Untermyers as a kid. My grandparents lived on North Broadway. Can still see all the beautiful mansions. Moved to a brand new house in NJ but always loved all the old Tudors & all the great stonework. Your home is lovely ❤️🏡

I’m serious you have done an absolutely breathtaking job now.
