I stopped at 0:11. The original stadium was built in 1957. But what the image shows is the third grandstand built for the 1982 world cup. The former still exists and is the nucleus of the new stadium, the latter was demolished last summer.

So if it's the third behind the Rungrado and Narendra, then that makes it the biggest football stadium in the world as the other two are multi-purpose and are designed for atletics track, with stands far away from the pitch.
