Күн бұрынInterior designer Brigette Romanek’s only rule when it comes to design is that there are no rules. Instead, she designs what feels good - and looks good, too!
In her circa-1920s home in Los Angeles where she lives with her two daughters and dogs, Romanek designed a space layered seamlessly with eclectic pieces that embody her "Gucci meets Gap" design philosophy. Think: museum quality art next to a prototype chair found in a secondhand store and a CB2 plinth. As she puts it, not everything has to be expensive, but it does have to be premium. And everything is premium if it makes you feel good!

The shot at 2:36 really puts the placement of the couch next to the stairs in perspective and how it draws your eye along the length of the room. Well, your eye meanders along all the curves that are created with the placement of the other furniture. To pull that off is really something special.
