So for this price I can get this or for very slightly more I can get that 5 bedroom mansion in karen on rent at 450k with a backyard and private pool which you toured already... Idk doesn't seem a tough call

Depends with what you want. For some one looking for a short stay as they run their errands within town, they will go for this and for someone looking for a long term stay, Karen will make much more sense
