Leave your ideias: What you think should be great for tourists in Cape Verde or in Praia, what you think is missing? What should we develop and put in place? Did they asked you for your review on the airport when leaving the country? We have festival but not in this time of the year. Much more people on the street and Traditional music and Jazz Festival, and food.

Does the room have AC? What's the heat and humidity like? Im from the south in America so its sticky, humid (90%) and hot 89 degrees here today....

No the room didnt have any AC but there was a roof fan instead and it wasnt that humid inside the room but also depends on the season you go there.

Hi Dante, I'm going to Praia, Santiago at the start of February. Was exchanging money at the bank play? And did you buy a sim card for data while you were there and how much did it cost? Thanks in advance.

Hello, i bought C-movel just when i landed at the airport at it was 10 euros and you get 10 GB data plus calls and messages. As for the money so i exchanged in the street of Amilcar Cabral, there were plenty of guys exchanging and i got almost the same rate as the market. but if you dont feel sure just go to the grocery store in there and the locals will help you. Enjoy your trip 😊

@@travelwithdante Thanks so much for the quick reply! I have one more question to ask as you will probably know there's little information online about travelling in Cabo Verde outside of Sal. I'm in Cape Verde for 2 weeks and would quite like to visit another island or two if possible. How did you go about booking flights to Maio, did you book them before hand with Bestfly or did you book them while you were already in Cape Verde? Thanks.

I booked my flight while i was in Cape Verde, i tried to book it online through Bestfly but my transaction was declined in both cards so eventually i had to book it through a travel agency on site which they charge slightly more than the price listed online. I hope i answered your question 😊
