No matter how advanced and efficient your sorting and handling facilities are, it all comes to end user satisfaction. As a customer I pray that my order don’t get shipped by Delhivery. Horrible delivery service in my area. Complained many times but they don’t care😅

The top worst customer service and consignment handling logistics in India. I had 3 awful incidents with them to get the consignment. 1. No proper response from the center where the deliver or by the person who delivers. 2. All three times it took min 5 days delay against the expected date of delivery mentioned in their website, and that too daily they move forward the date without any call or notice to customer which is height of their audacity towards customer service. 3. All three times the delivery person told me I'm new and unable to locate the address and my supervisor does not support to complete their work - This excuse I heard all three times. I have evidence too in my Twitter when I was struggling to get the packages in the past. HORRIBLE LOGISTICS I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE...

Pls don't give your goods to them, they will not answer to your problem, specially for part load, their most of godown and system are mess.. everything will be okay, but once they lost your goods they will become rude and don't solve issue...

The courier handling by this company has been incredibly disappointing and irresponsible. Despite the significant responsibility to ensure the timely and secure delivery of our valuable packages, the condition in which they were delivered, coupled with their notorious overloading practices, resulted in losses of nearly a lakh. Despite having insurance for the package, the company showed little concern, and Delhivery turned a blind eye to the issue. Just like how they did in couple of other cases! Please do not use them at all!

one of the worst logistic delivery company, for some stupid reason most of the IT company opt for this company for delivering their annual gift to employees, they have one of the worst delivery persons, who dont even care to call when they deliver and they never deliver door step and dont even give intimation to the person.

I have had the worst experience with Delivery. There is no proper costomer care response. There won't be no contact no for delivery centers. You won't be able to find the delivery offices.. further all you won't be able to call customer care to enquire about a ticket you have raised through app. No one cares about u.. the worst of the worst

Worst courier company ever they are handling deliveries of SBI cards and Samsung i have experienced multiple times. There delivery partners do not want to deliver products, they do not provide contact of delivery partner and when you raise complaint they close the complaint tickets without even resolving them. I have never experience such a bad experience from any other courier company.

Worst in INDIA, This delivery service should never be opted by any reputed commercial website and should be banned. Delivery boys straight away refuses to deliver the parcel. They have a software glitch where they cannot mark a delivery complete, which is why they refuse to deliver my parcel. It is still in the local warehouse. Each morning they tag it as Out for delivery and At the end of the day mark it as "Could not reach the customer" They are a busy posting about company's growth in social media but have no single point of contact for customer to reach out for complaining. The only phone number is an IVR. No human responses for tickets that are raised through out. I do not know how much lower they can go from here on

@delivery team is using un ethical approaches and stopping couriers stating that your vendor not cleared dues. Then why are you accepting the package from some who has defaulted. And the end customer is suffering. We are waits at your delivery point for hours with out resolution.

👎👎Very irresponsible courier company. They did not delivered even after 10 days. Finally, I had to pick up my parcel from their hub and bring it with my own expense. NO in person customer care, and torn packets and without label are few examples.
