I would love to see an all ears series about balling on a budget, I feel like you guys share a lot of tips and tricks on how to save money in your videos but I think it’ll be really cool if it was it on series maybe even like low budget water budget in High budget, ideal trips, or ideal days or something like that

Me and my two boys stayed here 2 summers ago because Port Orleans Riverside (our go to) wasn’t reopened yet. We loved CBR! The sky liner for sure is a selling point. Yes it is very spread out! But it’s a drop in the bucket from all the walking we do in the parks. (Only other downside: getting to the bus at Disney springs is about the longest walk!) But now my kids only ever want to do CBR!

Having stayed in a fifth person sleeper at this resort: this is actually nice. The ability to have a sofa during a mid day sojourn to the room is good. Like Emma said: a meal of some sort in the room: a sofa as opposed to uncomfortably sitting in a bed with a tray is welcome!!

I think that a lot of the hate CBR gets comes from people who stayed there when it was a massive demolition and construction zone when they were building the Riviera and Skyliner.

When hearing the names of the “villages” at CBR, does anyone else hear the song “Kokomo” by the Beach Boys? Also if I were staying in the Aruba village, I’d most likely use the Riviera for food and transportation.

Nice review. I believe this is going to be our choice for early October 2024. I really like the different village areas, skyliner access, array of restaurants, and just cool places to hang out and relax.

First trip we stayed there! Loved it. Went back again and our room was so far away from everything. We still loved it, though.

I always enjoyed my stays at Carribean Beach Resort... ideal for long walks, decent food, chill vibes... of course, that was pre-Riviera and pre-Skyliner. It's been awhile... a very long while. My 'home resort' is Old Key West, which legit feels like a second home. Thank you, AllEars, for the fun tour and the nonstop FOMO. ;)

The best rooms there were the Pirates of the Caribbean 🏴‍☠️rooms. So much fun and great theme!⚔️🏴‍☠️⚔️

Excellent job, Emma! I love your accents, relaxed presentation, and your humor. I don’t like the new trend to take away the desk or table in the rooms. We like to have a quick breakfast in the room and without the table and chair, it seems like it will be very awkward. I also wish Disney was consistent in putting outlets/reading lights/charging ports in all the same places like the Murphy beds. Some have them, some don’t.

We stayed here last December (2022) and we are a large family (six of us) so our options for resorts are limited. We actually really loved our room, but the walking to and from the main resort to eat... walking to and from the skyliner... it was a LOT. It added a mile and a half to our walking every single day as we were in the units the farthest away from the skyliner. Again, when you are doing park open to park close every single day... including park hopping... that extra mileage when exhausted is a LOT. But the Skyliner was a MAJOR perk. We never waited more than just a couple of minutes and we absolutely loved all the park days were we ended up on the skyliner. A lot of times, we would park hop to Hollywood just so that we could ride home on the skyliner.

We stayed here in 2016 and my girls were 10 and 11 and they loved it. We stayed in the Jamaica building close to the bridge and we thought the location was perfect. My only complaint was seats were hard to find at the pool.

Going to Caribbean in February for the Princess Half Marathon weekend. Size is a little concerning, but we're all (mostly) healthy, so a few minutes extra walk shouldn't be too bad. Bummed that they already announced the pool will be closed from January to April though.

We just did a video on Aulani Resort and Spa in Hawaii, for the full beach vibe. lol. Can't wait to visit this resort next year!

Totally fan girling I was just at Caribbean beach resort 2 weeks ago when it was sunny in the morning, raining at night, I’m convinced Emma was there the same time I was and I missed seeing her 😢😭

I have to know: what is your lipstick brand and color? I have similar coloring and think it looks great on you -- would love to try it!

Caribbean Beach is our go to on Disney Property staying there again really soon 4 days to go this time for 8 nights :)

Also, one more thing I will add for anyone staying here. There are no elevators. We requested ground floor, and didn't get it. At the end of the night, when you have sleeping babies (we had two) in strollers - it was a challenge to get the sleeping children up to the second floor AND our double stroller as well. We had to just leave the stroller, carry the children up, then walk all the way back down to the ground floor (which the staircases aren't always close to your room) and grab our stroller. Anyway - just keep that in mind! My parents were assigned a second floor, even though we requested ground floor for them as well, and my dad has a walker and could not climb the stairs. They eventually found him a ground floor room but it took several extra hours after arriving at the resort. We arrived at 2, and they didn't get a room until almost 6. So just FYI if accessibility is an issue!

It is a beverage cooler, not a mini frig. Beverage coolers only go to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Used to love Caribbean Beach, but my family has made Pop Century our home base. We were a fan of the old food court and Pop have 1 bus stop just made a little more sense for us. Still like it CBR it just fell a little bit.

Love Caribbean Beach, my favorite moderate when bringing the kids along. Thanks for mentioning the 48" or under for the splash pad. People don't normally mention that and it is pretty important, they are fairly strict about it too. Do we know if that height restriction applies to all splash pads by chance? Also wish they would bring back the Pirate cruises :(

Are the new under the sea themed rooms only in certain villages like the little mermaid rooms were or are they sprinkled throughout the resort? We stay in Aruba in May and our 5th sleeper wasn’t redone. Curious if it will be next trip. Love CBR!

Stay in Martinique and use the Skyliner at Riviera. There was never a line, even first thing in the morning for rope drop. At most, 2 other families in the morning. Also it’s a short walk.

I spend money on long stays: 9-12 days. So hotel room comfort is important to me. “Just a bed and shower” is not my speed. But to each their own. I get my parks and Disney springs time in, but also enjoy doing NOTHING on vacation.

CBH was the last time we stayed in a moderate. Awful experience. No hot water, bathroom leaked into the bathroom, terrible walks to the room, and ugh the bus loop!

For me, it looks like a Caribbean style room that's dominated by Scandinavian minimalist theming. Disappointing and bland.

😏 A "Little Mermaid" room with no actual Little Mermaid.🧜‍♀️ Yeah, hard pass. I can stay at Art of Animation for less 💵 and get my mermaid and still have access to the skyliner. I also have to agree with some others who were saying they were getting dorm room vibes.🤨 I think they got that green couch from my old dorm room, in fact. Plus it's giving me cheap generic tropical fish not Disney's Under the Sea vibes. This is Not a moderate that we go to anyway generally and it looks like that is not going to change. We are Port Orleans French Quarter Stans and we also love the Gran Destino Tower (Luxury at a moderate price tag-Highly Recommend). I do have to applaud 👏 their boldness though for calling these rooms Little Mermaid rooms when they contain Exactly ZERO mermaids. 😂 🤣
