It may come as a surprise, but health inspectors have a lot more on their plate than you might think. There are more than 100 food trucks that are inspected across the landscape of Lane County, and those tasked with those inspections are the Lane County health inspectors.

It's not required, because they are not self sufficient and are required to report to their commissary kitchen every day to do their warewashing.

Guy is ver picky at doing his inspection, has no problem sticking thhe same thermometer everywhere , touching it with his filthy hands, u gotta wonder how he got t job and what are his credentials...what a joke

I don't know if you watched the same video I did. Not only did he wash his hands as the first thing he does during his inspection, he sanitizes the thermopen with probes before temping any of the food items. He's actually lenient when it comes to the womans handwashing sink. She'd be shut down in California.
