Everyone depends on other's for example Iran depends on American technology and knowledge used by the Chinese to pump oil and storage it for sale to China who can then sell it to whoever they have good faith in for business so if Iran had to depend on China to have that much it can't be self dependent neither is the US who depends on China to make deals the US can't we also have to depend on other countries as they do also see it's not about being the richest or smartest but being a good dependable participant.
