ASMRNINO خب منم اینو گفتم که فقط ایرانیا نبینن! خارجیا وقتی تایتل فارسی ببینن بازش نمیکنن. برای همین باید تایتل رو فقط انگلیسی بنویسی. دنیا هفت میلیارد ادم داره ایران هشتاد میلیون! همه ایرانیا هم میتونن حروف انگلیسی رو بفهمن

Love Nino but good to see your town coverage as always ( that I have missed for a long time). You are an excellent cinematographer/blogger/producer and please take this profession seriously. If possible, consider doing a post-graduate course in related subjects and who knows, we may witness another Asghar Farhadi , who can score THREE OSCARS awards, back to back! I keep my fingers crossed and wish you BEST OF ALL for your career ahead and future endeavors. As grandpa was saying: ماشالله و انشالله

The moment I saw that "Fresh Powder" snow (at the beginning of the clip) I said: "Time to go Snow Boarding" but .... 11:23 That is not the way to do it! Unless your aim is to show off to folks!!!!! :-) It seems ground is warm and snow is turning wet quick. Good that you don't have to deal with black ice but then please be careful especially when filming on main roads. I care for your safety.

I was looking carefully and except for (Possibly, though not very likely)16:33, not a single car has chains installed. Well, I can see that city personnel are busy snow plowing the roads and throwing gravels (?Salt) on the roads but doubt that is adequate and also doubt all the cars seen here are 4x4 or all-wheel-drive with snow tires! Please be careful. "A grain of prevention, better than a tone of cure"!

7:49 Seriously... That ad... 100 million (Money unit not mentioned but I'm sure it's not US $!) for just referring a land or demolition/fixer property to the Constructor?!!! Real estate must be blooming but why is that I have heard to the contrary? So is the real estate market hot or cold (Raket)???

Or maybe, just mayBe... someone with that name is trying to impress the father of a beautiful daughter in that neighborhood!!!!!!!! (See I am passing good advice to all those who can follow the lead 😁🤣

I saw this happening in some other countries, they mention like this property belongs to(name) and trespassers will be prosecuted! But it is the very first time I'm seeing it in Iran!
