Stunning Property! As always, I love the effort you put into your videos. One suggestion I have is regarding the dynamic of your on-camera discussions. In past videos, I've found the back-and-forth between you to be really smooth and easy to follow - Mansa would lay out the context before Willis chimed in with his perspective. However, it seems like recently Willis has been interrupting Mansa's train of thought occasionally, leaving me wanting to hear what it was he had wanted to share. Not at all to take away from the genuine enthusiasm and rapport you two have! Your banter is part of what makes the tours so fun and engaging. Perhaps just a bit more turn-taking could help ensure both of your viewpoints come across clearly. I hope I don't come across to be very patronizing in my comment as I love both of your work in making these tours amazing! Keep up the amazing work. Can't wait for the next tour! Thanks as always for all you do.

Spring Valley and Loresho are very lovely places to live. A lot of hidden gems. Love the houses and the slow pace of living. Almost vintage but without the blandness of some areas in Muthaiga, Runda, and Karen.

Spring Valley has always been one of the goal areas I aspire to live. I expected the buying price to be more than 290M actually. This house is beyond my wildest dreams. It's like a not so little piece of paradise in the big city. I absolutely love it. Normally I prefer modern designs but this looks so homey and comfortable. And it's also something my parents would absolutely adore. Ni pesa tu inanikosea

Design is very charming and the grounds layout is nice; added plus with swimming pool, parking, garden and calming surroundings. However, the roof, flooring, windows, appliances, kitchen, majority of the plastering, cabrio, tiling, faucets, etc will need major updating and repairs. One is definitely paying for the Location. Hopefully, the owner will be amenable for offers as the price point is bit exaggerated.

With 290m I would build at least 7 homes across Kenya at a budget of 35m each and remain with money to furnish them and make my enemies continue guessing wtf and where tf I am😅😅😂😂! But honestly, it's crazy how times have changed, this guy must have bought this land about 8 m over 20 years ago. Look at it now land alone this big am sure is about 100M there. His total costs didn't go past 20m that time! Times have really changed.

I am 100% sure that this house was built from the proceeds of corruption during the Kenyatta & Nyayo era. So don't be awed because these are your misappropriated Kenyan tax dollars at work. The people who own such homes that you feature on your youtube channel are the grandmasters of corruption in Kenya that Mak was talking about. Na wewe kama kijana utatoa wapi 290 million to buy this house for your young family? You can't buy it, its impossible. The only other person who can afford this specific mansion is another fellow looter in the Ruto govt and so the cycle continues.
