What an amazing condo!! This apartment is literally like my dream home!! I bought my house last two weeks paid in cash. Feel so happy for myself and my achievement watching this random video. So glad i made a good decision about my finances that changed me forever.

@@mottanick7394 Thank you, Here are some tips that helped me. 1. Plan towards it 2. Be frugal and minimal on spending (don't buy why you don't need ) 3. Save money towards retirement (Roth IRA/401k) 4. Build an emergency fund 5. Save to invest,this is the most important because it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success.

Crystal point is mostly falling apart 😅 the main deck is rotting from underneath and the roof is falling apart. the only really nice thing is the lakeside condo at the bottom. The apartment in the garage looks like a motel 6.

I've lived right across the street from Lake Tahoe in a beat up old one bed/loft style cabin that was built in 1936 for over 18 years. And actually most of the homes and apts (old hotels turned apts) on my side of the street are pretty old and in need of a little love and are probably considered tear downs. But all the houses across the street from me (on the water) are AMAZING. The cheapest starting at around $6million+w/private docks and beach fronts etc etc . I've often thought of how lucky I am to have such a nice cozy old cabin sharing the same lake views and beautiful neighborhood at less than 2% of the going rate. I got lucky🤗 Poverty with a view lol
