Someone needs to educate Lagos developers to use the money they spend on lightings to buy better doors, better kitchen bathroom and electrical fittings, better painters, better flooring. If they do that, they will have little need to start using these lightings to conceal the nonsense they are building up and down. 65million on quarter plot..una dun wild for Nigeria o. You keep putting so much emphasis on the worst part of this home-------- the finishing. You too see the xit door at 11:18

Hello how close is this estate to mega chicken. Nigerian builders should learn how to separate the shower and the toilet. How can one have the shower and toilet together without any separation. Sad though .

naija real estate is so wild, especially that lekki ajah axis, they will build nonsense, then put plenty lighting, na d strategy, e dey catch people buying from abroad. Just look at the door sef.
