that beginning of the video feels like an undisclosed ad for Samsung 🐸🍵 EDIT: I see, they do say "presented by Samsung..." in the title, which I missed originally, but there's nothing in the description, no #ad, no "includes paid promotion" tag that I've seen on a lot of videos... I would argue it's a very vague disclosure

The marionette fashion show will undoubtedly be talked about for decades to come. The artistry and skill required to create both the marionettes and the garments is tremendous. The end result is beautiful and whimsical and a wonderful expression of creativity during these challenging times. Bravo Jeremy and the team at Moschino and sincere respect and admiration to the Jim Henson Creature Shop for making it a reality. A truly awe inspiring show.

Rather than Barbie there are dolls that are more artistic that are for adults that are called BJDs (ball jointed dolls) they have more articulation and are made of better quality but also more expensive ranging to the hundreds. Also each maker/brand has there own unique style. It's also really hard to get some of these dolls because they only make a few at a time. If you like the dolls in this video I recommended Nigel Chia he has his own channel where he makes clothes for his dolls. kzfaq.info

I think I could listen to Rick Owens speak all day. There's something so "matter-of-fact" with the way he speaks. He really knows how to articulate his thoughts and I love how monotoned his voice is! It's not a in a way that makes him sound boring, but more like he is bored. I love it, ha! Much love for both designers. They're both so intelligent and creative. Who would think to use marionettes for a fashion show!?! Such a brilliant idea for a COVID safe show. And a show conceptualized by Dante's Inferno?? A man after my own heart!

OMG. I love the narrator's sweater. Other sweaters deconstructed and reassembled with obvious yarn stitching into a gorgeous new thing! I loved the wonderful stories and fashion journalism, but I always came back to that Sweater!!

I’m loving this. Reminding me of the Dior spring 2020 concept but like elevated - and POC adjacent at the very least. (I also understand that it’s not going to give a full view of how the garments will look on humans but I love, and he mentions that so I’ll accept the art for art sake)

Moschino is really graphic and has a lot of gimmick-like pieces...but you can NOT deny that it has some of the most unique show shoppers that you won't find at your very "in the box" classic Chanel and Hermes. I love that they kept with the concept of creative expression

I can understand if you don’t like Jeremy Scott’s clothes or aesthetic but NO ONE can deny his collaborative ability! Jeremy Scott is an artist! Also shoutout to Rick Owens this season! Usually not a fan but wow! I feel a renaissance in fashion and while I think a lot of what’s happening is more market based social change I’ll take what I can get! One step at a time I guess!

I just want to see people my height in fashion and see clothes modeled on short people for online shopping. It makes me irrationally mad that someone is willing to makes clothes for dolls but not a 5’3” woman.

I understand your frustration. I actually want to be a petite model, (I'm 5'1) but all the ones they bring up are 5'6 and 5'7, all I can think is... How are they that petite if they're only an inch or 2 shorter than runway models??!! It's annoying.

@@kennedyjojackson1202 I'm 5'1 too and it makes me so mad how many 5'6 and 5'7 people i've met who call themselves short, and im guessing its because the standard in the fashion industry and instagram models is around 5'10. I had a girl who was 5'5 say she was short, i was like no u arent lol and she said No, ur just abnormally short- im like what ?? this is why we need more ACTUAL petite girls being represented in the fashion industry

The puppeteer/doll models and fashion show were so unique and so tediously done to reach beautiful results. .Really beautiful clothing, just beautiful. Creativity is who we are as people of color and we come in all colors.It should be much more diverse for those who have been gifted with the creative gene and passion to deliver there gifts. This is great big world with plenty of people and the more choices the better. I believe beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and is something that begins within and comes out in your creativity. Enjoyed the video, thank you.🌈
