I agree, these homes are expensive. But, you get everything in them. It's not something I would buy, but some people do. I don't only do new construction, however, lately I have been doing more of it. Because of the higher interest rates, buyers can get low-rate incentives from the builders. How soon are you looking to buy?

@@arizonahometours I replied in another of your videos , but I have at least two more years of being a wage slave and then freedom. I hope I can afford it when it gets here. My daughter and 3 grandkids live in Pieoria. I expect I will have between 4 to 500 k to spend, but Im not thrilled about the possibility of a morgatge as I will be retired on a limited income. Prices have raised so far so fast!! I prefer all the perks, but I need to manage my expectations. I would like 2000+ feet plus 3 car garage, 3 plus bedrooms, 2 plus bathrooms, single story, ajacent to park, open space (limited neighbors and no two story next door. Can't see neighbors over block wall even better. Access to a large backyard (RV?) Pool (can be smaller). Fruit trees (lemon, orange, comquat bushes), open floor plan, gas fireplace. Master planned community not a big selling point, dont need a community pool, golf etc. Not a fan of HOA's but I really like nice open spaces that are groomed, so.. You ask what I want, you didn't say I have to keep it in the realm of reality..... I’d like a bigger yard too
