Nike House of Innovation located in New York's Fifth Avenue is a 68,000 square-foot, six-level space aiming to provide customers with a fully immersive, personalized and interactive customer experience.
Inside the store, members with the Nike application benefit from unique experiences:
- Before the store visit: members can schedule one-on-one appointments with a stylist or an in-house sports coach.
- On arrival in the store: the Nike application uses geo-fencing to instantly customize the app's home page and introduce to the member entering the store new offers and content that match their sports profile.
- Inside the store: "Scan. Pay. You're done." Customers eliminate waiting times at the checkout by paying with the app (they receive the invoice via the Nike appliication). Instant Checkouts are located throughout the store so customers can pack up their purchases and leave.
