The title is "inside the most exclusive building".... but the actual video is just 2 guys sitting in a studio talking about it. What the actual fuck

740 Park Avenue is still the most exclusive. It has more billionaires than any other New York building.

For those interested, originally a late 80's book, THE BONFIRE OF THE VANATIES became a movie in 1991 that was the film debut of Kirsten Dunst! She played Tom Hanks' daughter, funny movie with an eclectic cast of actors...🇵🇷🇺🇸😊

Always remember that movie was such a bomb. During shooting Melanie Griffith got breast implants! Continuity nightmare.

With all that money you can buy a townhouse in NYC. And keep a staff plus security detail for less than a condo fee. Keeping up with the Joneses, that is all there is to it. Warren Buffet lives comfortably well in Omaha, NE for way far less and does not have to worry about getting mugged or overpaying for everything. And he states he does not need to live with all that noise that New York generates. You got to respect the old geezer for that.

He wouldn't live in a condo. Coop only where the Board has discretion over who will be approved. A-Rod? Never. You need to be part of society.

The exterior facades of many of New York City's luxury buildings are understated because at the time of construction, the culture was "Wealth is something to be possessed, not flaunted." The insides of prewar buildings are however finely finished and intricate.

Moot point. Construction on 15 Park West started in 2005.

@@w.urlitzer1869 WOW didn't know that! Why do you think they made it so ugly then? And what buildings do you fancy?
@BradThePitts4 жыл бұрын
@@w.urlitzer1869 Did not know that - it is therefore safe to assume that the building was designed as a tribute to, or to tip a hat to, a former Gilded Age. I do agree the building has the look only a mother could love.

When you're intertwined with that type of wealth level there is no thought of racism as average people think. It really nice not to even have time for any of that type of thought.
