Balmain Creative Director Olivier Rousteing is throwing open the doors of his Parisian mansion. From the palm tree that grows from the basement to the first floor, to the swimming pool where the creative director hosts the Balmain after show parties, and the Chanel clutch bags that surround his living room, he takes us on a tour.

He conducted this entire viewing in English which is not his native language and he was flawless. I marvel at how people from outside of English speaking countries are bilingual. Anywho, this home is just beyond beautiful. It is absolute opulence. I love the black offset by the natural light and adorned with the greenery. Well done.

Ahh the box of pens. This is the Karl imprint. This home is pleasing to the eye and just the right amount of glamour. I could easily feel comfy in the space. I admire the ginormous tree. If anything he could always add a plexiglass roof square when the tree gets larger. It’s nice to see him admiring his photos.

My absolute favorite home ever. If I could go hang out with anyone at their home, it would 100% be Olivier at his Paris home. I enjoyed this way too much. I will be looking for the biggest Palm plant I can find for my entrance ✨

It’s giving modern Island plantation glam. Like when you see paintings of European plantations in hot climates, there’s usually lots and lots of marble and Palm tress and children little black boy or girl servants in the background.

Magical, glamorous and incredible. Transmits peace and incredible energy. I loved everything, the golden eagle flying over the nest with the amethyst in the center is incredibly beautiful. I also love marble. The photos of women also inspire me and the predominant black color is unique. The sofas, the cushions and the bed that resembles a rug. All very incredibly chic. I simply loved. The stones in the wings of the bird is lepidolite, a form of mica with high lithium content btw (not amethyst). The nest part is an amethyst cluster/geode.
