$320,000 , Golf course view. Beautiful counter tops. Great Value. The $500 monthly HOA not an issue with so much offered, to include lawn maintenance and internet.

The HOA dues and the cost of insurance broken down by month has got be around 1000 a month after the house is paid for. Tell them to F all the way off with that mess.
