"if they are partners they can enjoy their crime..." Mungai Kihara you've come along nicely...😂 Anyways on serious matters I feel for 65m you are just paying for the location. They've compromised alot on the space. The food ladder, the showers and even the third floor bedrooms spaces are kinda compacted. I would have expected some extra umpf eg inbuilt jacuzzis in the bathrooms, swimming pool even if it's communal etc....

Nice Video Mungai 👏🏿 Critic of the house : I found the floor plan of the house to be off. The location of the stair case on the side llimited how the upper 1st floor plan would be. The 1st floor deserved a landing that could have been utilized from the extra large balcony. The master bedroom too deserved a private balcony of its own. The en-suite bathrooms are similar to rental washrooms and not appealing at all- there's no separation of dry and wet area . Otherwise it's a great project. Keep them videos coming.

By the look of things 45M looks like the price of the portion of the land it was built on + area, the rest was towards the house.

For 65m the front of the building with the parking area is too open not much privacy is left.. the first landing one is looking into neighbours houses though top floor with
