If I were to b asked, Bungalows should just do with pitched roof n flat roof to b a preserve of maisonnettes n apartments. Flat roof bungalows always look like they r waiting to b completed.

I think that's a personal preference,,,, personally masion or bungalow,,, I don't like the flat roof,,but I think flatroofs give leeway to build a masion when the Budget gets better and also you can easily have high ceilings compared to pitched roofs

Excellent work as always Mr. Africa... The house is very beautiful and well designed for that price. However, you need to advise these developers to now stop over filling the homes with marram or is it kokoto. I understand it's inexpensive but not aesthetically appealing as I would eliminate a home with search now that I'm in the market for one.

This is the First layout I think is reasonable space and I'm hoping kids have a communal playing area and gardens in the community otherwise it's not good in Africa to have kids inside the house playing with gadgets due to lack of green space at home and in the community, the developers seem to think that's an option not having access to green spaces.
