Reality check this is what anxiety feels like, change here and there and endless overthinking for the future. It's not that bad but if you let yourself cloud your head with too much anxiety you'll lose sight of yourself
@furionmax7824Ай бұрын
Yep. Endless over thinking plus the occasional impulse control resulting in rash decisions with consequences you don't think about until they actually happen. Anxiety is made as a defense mechanism to keep you from making mistakes regarding future events. Unfortunately it can often cause those very events.
@yanderefangirl8317Ай бұрын
For me, my anxiety got so bad that I only felt relaxed while I was alseep. I accidentally watched some videos that made me think the world was going to end, I saw everything around me as a sign of the End Times, and I barely paid attention to all the fun and wonderful things that I was doing with my friends and family. I only got better after therapy, going on Lexapro for anxiety, and praying. Always be careful of what you see on the internet. And don’t listen to people who are clearly either spiritually lost, mentally ill, or both.

Here is a detailed response to your message about "Inside Out 2 - Anxiety Loses It": The sequel to the beloved Pixar film "Inside Out" delves deeper into the emotional journey of the main character, Riley, as she navigates the challenges of teenage life. The movie introduces a new emotion, Anxiety, who plays a significant role in Riley's mental and emotional development. The climactic scene where Anxiety takes over the command center of Riley's mind is a powerful and poignant depiction of the overwhelming experience of a panic attack. As the article describes, Anxiety spins around the console, pushing buttons rapidly and creating a whirlwind of emotions that causes Riley to hyperventilate and disconnect from herself and the outside world. [1] This scene is remarkably accurate in its portrayal of the physical and psychological symptoms of a severe anxiety episode. However, the movie also highlights the important role that Anxiety plays as a protective emotion, even if it can sometimes become overwhelming. As the psychologist Lisa Damour explains, "Anxiety is a natural and unavoidable aspect of life. It's there to alert us to potential threats, and to help us protect ourselves. In this way it serves as a valuable-in fact, indispensable-emotion." [2] The movie shows how Anxiety, when balanced with the other emotions, can help Riley navigate the challenges of growing up and puberty. Ultimately, the resolution of the film's conflict between Joy and Anxiety sends an important message about the complexity of the self and the need to embrace both positive and negative emotions as part of a healthy emotional landscape. As Damour notes, "To move toward a healthy adulthood, Inside Out 2 argues, is to acknowledge a complex multiplicity of self-perceptions that might contradict one another." [3] The movie encourages viewers, both young and old, to accept the full range of their emotions and to find ways to manage anxiety in a healthy and productive way.

They could just kick out Anxiety and Riley would live a happier life. The amount of suffering Anxiety subjects us to is only helpful when it saves your life. Otherwise its borderline worthless. You can be cautious, forward thinking, and intelligent without Anxiety cracking the whip over your shoulder. Worthless left over emotion from the animal dark ages.

lemme get this straight, of course, anxiety may be a "control freak." But, that's literally what anxiety is. Her name states it, she is an anxious person. Which explains why she is so fast, kinda like the beating of a heart and fast words in the head. But, in one scene in the movie, anxiety lets joy touch the console. She isn't trying to make riley a whole new person, it's literally her job.🧍🏻♀️

I haven't observed the movie yet, and i already detest this character... Having finally watched the movie, i will state that Anxiety's characterization and symbolism around her is astonishing. She can also be somewhat cute in some scenes. I still found her to be rather exasperating. And just unmandatory: i know that the explanation is that she stresses about the things she cannot see, however, i feel as though Fear could have easily occupied Anxiety, and a more differentiated emotion could have been introduced as the "unintentional antagonist".
