He also knows how fortunate and blessed he was. He had to audition for Menudo which is to this day the most successful Boy Band in the History of Latin Music three times he has to reinvent himself and was lucky that he was able to continue his career when so many former members careers went downhill. In an Article in Vibe a Hip Hop Magazine,his Former partner Miguel Cancel was allegedly working as a Fry Cook at Burger King. Although he was never to recreate the same success of Vuelve he shows how versatile he is especially playing Antonio D'Amico in The Assassination of Gianni Versace.

This was the first celebrity house tour I watched where it felt like the house actually has life inside! Usually the people showing off their houses don't know their way around, don't know how to use things/you can tell they never use the kitchen etc. and here it was not so overly perfect, for example the closet looks like it is actually being used, there are people over etc. Really charming :)

What a gorgeous couple! You can just feel the love and absolute respect they have for one another ❤️ I love that they gave each other space to talk too not one speaking over the other which you see all too often in other celebrities, their relationship is very 50/50. I also love that the house looks like it’s being used and enjoyed by the family and not pristine and soulless, for example, like Kim Kardashian’s house. I think this has been my favourite celebrity home video! They’re just so sweet ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Ricky Martin was the man of my dreams when I was growing up. He's the only celeb I have ever loved. In the late nineties, every girl i knew had a crush on him and I'd imagine the lucky girl who'd get to spend her life with him. Regardless of them being gay or not, what about single parents? My mom has raised me and my brother all alone and we both turned out very well and if I dare say our manners and values have turned out to be equal or even better than those of a lot of people who were raised by two parents. You don't necessarily need a mum and a dad to feel loved and to be able to grow up to be a good person. So if a mother or a father alone can raise their children fine, why shouldn't two fathers.

Ricky Martin had a very hard time being gay and being a Latino icon. I’m glad he finally came out of the closet and is happy. But being gay and Latino is still hugely taboo. I really hope my Latino culture evolves more to be more accepting.
