He actually said, “He’s been t… detained.” I have wondered if what was on the tip of his tongue “tied up” or “tortured”. But I think he chose “detained” because the child was within earshot. He was trying to not upset the boy - but I think also he was being mindful that this would finally be a court case. He was choosing neutral and less emotive words so that nobody could say he was “leading” or influencing any testimony by the lad. I believe that baring children’s developing identities and souls for the world to see on social media is child abuse in and of itself and, more than that, it’s rank exploitation. Children cannot give consent, and to be put in a cash cow position of intense scrutiny and shaming at any age prior to adulthood stifles normal identity and social development, and the effects of public humiliation are incalculable. I won’t go into the issue of adults who pay every month to watch and enjoy-and even expect to see-this humiliation of young children, although I believe their behavior is sick. Many thanks to those viewers who “woke up” and started contacting the authorities with such diligence.

From the very beginning Ruby was a harsh mother along with Kevin’s acceptance of her behaviour. He abandoned his children for over 12mths what did he think would happen to them? With Jodie’s assistance he was removed from his own home why on earth did he believe anything that Jodie had planned would not be harmful to his children when, in fact, she had done nothing, but cause harm to his family. Kevin might’ve closed his eyes, but the rest of the world was watching. They cared more about his children then he did… And no, Kevin, it was not harassment as it has been proven by this offensive behaviour towards your children by your wife this abuse was not just overnight while you stood back and did nothing…

Why didn't the police confiscate all the phones, journals, tablets, and laptops that were left in Ruby's house that Shari was able to find? The second chance they had was when Shari had to return them to Kevin they still didn't confiscate them. Kevin needs to go to jail. Not once when his lawyer has been talking has he said Kevin is distraught wondering how his kids are just how wonderful of a father he is. It's all about him.

Kevin is a good father he tries to get his older daughter arrested for collecting belongings for her siblings. Kevin has not seen his children for nearly 13 months. we have the fame-hungry lawyer. Well, their philosophy was to embrace the truth so therefore all of them should go to prison. I feel Jodi is a really nasty piece of work but I aslo feel so are the Franke's. I can't belvie any sane judge would give the children back to those parents. Kevin needs further investigation. The Mormon church does not come out well with this either.
