Hannah Louise definitely subjective. :) i personally like how the old fireplace looked as well. With the decor she decided on, down to the couches and dark colored beams on the roof, I do agree the old fire place would have looked more fitting. Still love the new look they did, a white fireplace is kind of a universal kind of piece, it’ll go along with anything so it doesn’t look bad in the room.. maybe they should changed the decor up a bit lol.

At 0:33, all she says is "And truly, it didn't look this till 2 a. m last night". It means, that they finished painting the fireplace till late last night n maybe some other changes. I dont think she meant that stays "messy" most of the time. Just unfinished till late that particular night n no more after that.

Shay is such a good friend, you can tell by how she lets him pitch himself as an interior designer on such a huge platform. This was literally an entire pitch to show why her friend should be paid by other people to design a house. She also goes on to always use “we” “us” “our” even though it was her money and it’s her house and I love that so much.

the fact that Shay's so eager to give credit and on such good terms with her designer shows a lot about her character. many celebrities don't bother getting to know their employees, much less befriend them, so it's nice that she treats them with such warmth and familiarity.

Shay seems like a lovely and smart woman, who doesn’t take herself too seriously and isn’t remotely pompous. She knows what she likes, but knows when to get style guidance from her best friend, who also seems lovely and adorable. So relaxing watching this and these two. Gorgeous home, gorgeous people.

I love that she included Chad in the video, not enough celebrities give credit to their designers and Shay gave Chad ALL the mentions. She also gave us a lot of details about the furniture, took her time, and knew her stuff, making the home way more interesting. I LOVE the Morracan style home. This was probably my favorite episode because of the details, Shay is a boss.

Irina Bardak Shay Mitchell is an actress, model and buisness woman. I’m not sure of what her best friend (the guy in the video is) but I think he is an interior designer among other things. Her boyfriend or baby’s dad may or may not live there. I think he does. Either or it’s irrelevant. A man and a woman can live together without being in a romantic or sexual relationship.

Being a celebrity means she’s constantly in the spot-light and doesn’t get the same amount of privacy as most others do, which I can imagine will contribute to a more stressful way of living. Especially since people usually have such high expectations of public figures, it sounds exhausting.
