Same could be said for Texas A&M. But the spent over $1billion if I'm not mistaken and it hasen't helped their cause.

You cannot improve a college football program if you do not have top facilities, so Texas Tech is making their facilities competitive with the top programs to attract top players. Not a difficult concept to grasp here.

I was making a comparison between two schools and how one spent way more with less results. Texas Tech has great coaching, great culture, and the team has bought in fully to The Brand. That will be the difference that A&M couldn't come up with.

That’s the whole point in improving the facilities. Bring in better recruits and coaches. Duh
