Gorgeous property! BUT an upside down house with only a view of the canyon isn’t going to fetch $65 million no matter how gorgeous it is🫤

This is a classic example of location.. And shows that at the upper end of the market you need to get everything right to demand premium prices. Overall, the house was stunning and also designed by one of my favorite architects in Los Angeles, Tag Front.

The his & her closets in the primary bedroom are tiny! Of all the square footage in this house and wasted space they couldn’t use a little of it to increase the size of closets. Shameful.
