Күн бұрынToday Sports Dissected is welcomed back to Fayetteville, Arkansas by the track & field program for a tour of the Frank O’Mara Track & Field High Performance Center. The facility, which officially opened in Fall 2021, features locker rooms for the men’s and women’s track and field teams, a student-athlete lounge, hydrotherapy, training room and weight room. Clocking in at 22,000 square feet, the new facility also comes complete with floor-to-ceiling views of the John McDonnell Field track infield and the Ozark mountains. Check out the exquisite of the most successful track program in NCAA history!

Dang! Arkansas not only has the best Track program ever but one of, if not the greatest college program of any sport ever. 47 National Championships? Even splitting that between indoor/outdoor and that's ridiculous!

John McDonnell could easily be considered the GOAT of College Track and Field coaches. The amount of championships he racked up with that program is mind boggling.

I would like to have seen you mention all the triple crown championship wins. Arkansas has 5 AND the school with the next most triple crowns has three (UTEP) and two other schools with one. The triple crown is when a team wins the indoor, outdoor and cross country national championship in the same year. (Corrected after doing more research)
