The Amish are a group of Christian fellowships that live their life almost the same as they did about 300 years ago. They reject the use of technology, cannot use electricity, and wear very traditional, plain clothing.
Typically, films of Amish people have portrayed them in a way that is inauthentic to the true conservative perspective that represents many of these Americans, so today, we set out to document this group of people to better understand their unique perspective on modern society.
We filmed this video in a style that was pretty unique, but we knew that we'd have to get creative to show a perspective that isn't otherwise available on KZfaq. Enjoy!
