This is probably in top 5 but the most expensive would be either nyarutarama or kagugu or even rebero this is more of an upcoming neighourhood

@@ConnectWithUgandaooh yes those areas are so beautiful I used to live there at Kagugu near GREAT SEASON HOTEL but I used to move around places near by , them moved to HUYE , Kichuchiro and ended up in Kabeza 😊😊😊it was a great experience of 2yrs in Rwanda

'Kenya is way more expensive' ... that statement is wrong! There some very expensive areas in Nairobi and some very affordable. There is an American couple that moved from Rwanda to Kenya and were surprised to find Kenya much cheaper than Rwanda.
