The shops are still deficient in modernity. 1. It's narrower than modern shops you would see in Europe, Asia, UK. The shops should be at least 14 ft X 30ft. 2. Each shop should have a toilet of its own (regrettably I haven't seen yet). 3. The spaces between shops are not wide enough. It should have been able to allow two-lane traffic. 4. I haven't seen loading alley, and refuse collecting centres. 5. I give the developers 60%. I urge them in future development they should & must include toilets (important)in every shop. And consider other things I mentioned as obtained in Asia but in countries like Europe.

Your observation is point on. I am also not satisfied spaces for car parks. I thought they would build car parking 3 levels facilities to different blocks of the market.

Bro you're right in addition the burglary proof is not necessary , well the toilet area should be more spacious , stategic and efficiently managed like that the need for in built will not be necessary too

Please a ruptable company should be contracted for the management of the toilet, cleaning and general sanitary conditions of the mall , shit business is expensive

I fear that parking might be a problem. They should consider building 3 level car parking facilities to serve different blocks of the market.

This is a good job. We thank Governor Otti for the massively innovative work going on here. But the question is, can these novel facilities be maintained? We lack maintenance culture in Nigeria. The govt has to have a maintenance contract with a competent coy that will ensure this market remains in shape for good.

Ambitious idea? The infrastructure seems odd. Long building only for shops??? Might as well convert to residential building. The awful maintenance culture in Nigeria is another issue. And electricity supply??? Any public restroom and changing facilities for toddlers!? I doubt if these essentials will be available.
