Inside The Philippines Most Active Volcano Town 🇵🇭

Күн бұрынWe've made it to Legazpi, Albay! And it just so happens that as we arrived into the city mount mayon started to erupt!
Join us for a day of exploring here under the world's most perfect cone shaped volcano.
We explored the little town of Daraga, the super touristy Cagsawa Church Ruins and we ate some interesting local food as always.
We tried our first Mango graham aswell as a cucumber graham, we also tried buko pie for the first time, an absolute Filipino classic.
Whilewe were here Mt mayon moved to alert level 2, then alert level 3 and then she started to erupt! At night we saw the lava glows it was incredible.
Bicol is definitely our favourite part of The Philippines for sure the nature here is so beautiful 🇵🇭

its a perfect cone. Mayon Volcano is surrounded by different towns of Albay province and as you view the Mayon, the shape doesn't change that's why its called perfect cone. You were fortunate enough if you went there last June, where eruption was happening. I was able to witness live the eruption at night time. Its very beautiful watching the fire lava going down the volcano. there were perfect spots for viewing, though dangerous at some places.

New sub here. Your videos are what I like watching. No fancy establishments nor tall structures, which do get boring sometimes. You can't go wrong with local transport in appreciating what the countryside has to offer. Surely, there'll be good number of people who'll be willing to point you in the right direction. On the other hand, good thing you know how to decline rip-offs. Enjoy. 👍

Malunggay (moringa) and kangkong (water spinach) are 2 superfoods that are abundant there, cheap. A fruit called guyabano is another one. Usually made into guyabano juice. Use the condiments to adjust the taste of your food. If too salty, try adding calamansi or vinegar.

Great upload! I've seen you say it a few times but Milo is pronounce My-low. It's a breakfast Staple here in Oz. We put like 10 heaped teaspoons in a cup then cold milk and mix it till it's a thick paste then let it sit and then eat all of Milo off the top then drink the milk 😊

We have a popular dessert called graham mango float where it is only serve ocassionaly that's why you can't see it anywhere but nowadays they use graham flavor in the street now

Best buko pie is in Laguna, or you may try in Tagaytay there are stores that you get it freshly cook and still warm from oven.

Since the pandemic started all transportation getting higher. For local and tourist are affected. For them its the livelyhood or source of income.. so definitly change or some adjusment for everyone. Not unlike before pretty cheap and fare.... ive been 6 yrs abroad so i dont have any idea what exaclty feels about there.... just be wise there and careful bro. Enjoy your trip.

@@EllisWR eating dishes must be always with rice or a soup. You can't scoop by whole of your spoon. Some dishes are very salty sour or sweet.. just get a piece or very small amount.. rice is power rice is life in the philippines. Lol

@@EllisWR lol.. too many things to explore there. Each province have thier own unique culture and food or tourist attraction. I suggest u try to visit the whole quezon province. Its really quite diffirent to bicol region. Its just a next province in bicol they are nieghboors only.
