I come on here to see how other people around the world live not to criticize or to look down upon them , but just to see how they live because I've never been too many places in my life. And I am grateful for the life that I have. I guess if I'd never known anything else except how they are living I wouldn't have a problem with it , but my heart goes out to them because I've never known a hard life like that . I've known hardships and much racism even poverty , but not hard conditions of life like this. It makes me appreciate the hardiness of this people that they are not broken people they are very strong and resilient. They can make it and stand on their own anywhere they go in the world. I choose to see not what they don't have but what they do have.

As a privileged person living in the USA, I am deeply humbled by the living conditions of these humble people. May God bless them all...

It looks incredibly cold, yet they have open sandals, and no socks. They are very strong people to live in those conditions. I can't imagine living in a tent when it's that cold I think I would just die of hypothermia.

These people really have it going on.Carrying in everything they need for the time they are there.Food.Shelter.Bedding.Fire wood.Everything.It would be awesome to make this journey with them, and carry all things necessary.A real humbling experience in learning just what is truly needed and what is just extra clutter.Many of these folks must excavate a level spot with almost no tools, just to put up a simple tarp shelter that is all that stands between their family and the raw elements!The fire wood issue is probably the hardest aspect to handle.Wood is heavy and burns fast.Those mountains look COLD and notice how they are obviously just barely staying warm enough?Even using modern equipment it would be a challenge to create a livable shelter in that place, but these people are literally using whatever scraps of equipment and materials are available in a country that cannot afford to run out to high-end mountaineering stores and spend a few thousand dollars on all the latest stuff!
