I think it would be better if you directed your camera to showcase the entire hous, including each area, rather than primarily focusing on the host. By doing so, viewers will have a better understanding of the layout and features of the house. By the way, the house looks grand and magnificent and is certainly one of the best I have seen here.❤

Great presentation. Straightforward and lively. Unlike others. Others are straightforward too, but boring. Big property. Suitable for someone looking for a vacation house aside from a city property. A couple of tweaks on some main areas, tho. But all is good. I dont know why people are so critical about why Princess is not showing the view YET. It was obviously a surprise, and theyre saving the best part for the last part of the video. Kayo kaya mag house tour. Kaya nyo?

5 burner stoves will definitely charcoal the beautiful ceiling place in the middle of the house without the thoughtfulness of putting an exhaust ventilation. Overall the house is satisfactory.

I don't know why but somewhere in the description or the thumbnail some of you people forget to actually put the country you're in or even the main city. I had to Google these cities I've never heard of to find out. It's near Manila. So yeah, you should always put the country and the main city you're close to😅

The camera work in this video is a bit spotty but from what I saw there's no hood vent in the show and dirty kitchen. If so then that's totally nuts as they're using gas stoves. As for the bedrooms I'm surprised they all looked pretty tight. I can understand if this is a condo but for a house this nice they should have just had less but larger rooms

Beautiful location but the property layout just seems to lack a “flow’ and seems confused. Also the finishing/snagging on some areas was very poor (especially if you can pick it up on a video).

There is a ref, a small one though. She wasnt able to show it. its beside the microwave and oven. its hidden. the big ref I think is the one beside the maids' quarter, which is near the utility kitchen. she did point it out though. Im not sure why there's no hood, but I guess its more of aesthetics and the fact that with a Poliform kitchen, its best not to do any smelly cooking there. 😅
