The only good thing that’s better about NBA Live is the fact that it doesn’t tax you for everything like 2K does. Trust and believe that if EA was on top those micro transactions would be just as crazy. In other words, Live ain’t the savior people think it is.

I remember during the pandemic when everyone randomly started playing Live 19 and It was weird going from rarely being able to find people for Live Run to consistently getting back to back to back full lobbies. Then EA stopped updating us in the little Reddit, put out a few Live Events and put a super duper long 2500 day countdown on them and went ghost, then came back and dropped a lie saying they were coming back with 21 and vanished again lmao

EA actually owns the studio that made NBA live, it was developed by the studio EA Tiburon in Orlando. So you’re incorrect, they’re not only the publishers. And game publishers like EA have massive input on the game’s development anyways because they often are the ones hiring a studio to make the game, financing the game’s development, telling the game studio what they want the game to be like, and choosing the development timeline. EA heavily influences what games the development studios make and how they make them.

😂bro yall were attached to 2k because that where the views were. I was playing and streaming live 18 and 19 when they dropped and the 2k live stream community shitted on me when I suggested playing live. Now 5 years later it's hot to go back and look at what yall originally shitted on for views. Agent told me "nobody is going to watch nba live 19 game play" during one of his 2k19 streams. Yo you can tell who used to really played live19 because they will have either professors or bones dribble package or spices dribble package if they were a big. You can't get those dribble packages anymore as a new player .

What if.. EA got a new secret basketball in development👀 It’s still many NBA Live players on these days, I don’t think that’s unnoticed by EA. Think bout that, they haven’t posted anything about a new basketball game. But what if they’re currently working on revolutionizing their basketball games. I really hope so, and if not I’m gonna keep playing NBA Live 19 for no matter how long it takes for a new game to come out.
