I love the upset bark followed by looking around for who pushed him XD my dog used to blame everyone when she got hurt too. She was a Jack Russel/Rat Terrier too so she'd hold a grudge for a week and refuse to even look at you. My black lab had a shorter memory so she'd only be upset for a few hours and she'd just give you these judgy eyes. Man I love dogs

Our German Shepherd fell down the stairs the other day. I think she was chasing our cat. We heard a loud boom and went over and she was laying there and started having a seizure I thought she was dying, thankfully she came to and is now fine. Glad this fellow ended up being okay as well.

My cat did that. Sleeping so peacefully on the edge of the bed. Took a little stretch with a slight roll to be on his back and down he went. Gonna come around the corner lick his shoulder and give me a dirty look while I laugh at him. (I checked to make sure he good. He was. Bed isn’t that high off the floor and as cats do he landed on his feet) 2 months later jumps onto the trash can . Falls asleeps and falls off the side. Yes I laughed. 😂

My cat learned the same lesson. She managed to grab the bed edge with her front paws, but the way she looked was so hilarious that I couldn't stop laughing at her. After that accident, I never saw her sleeping close to any edge

My daughters cat decided to go between a lit candle and a picture frame we have on a counter in our family room. Goofy cat lit the tip of his tail on fire! My dog that has crossed the rainbow bridge did that once & had such a look of confusion & I think because I was literally lmao he thought I did it to him also. But he never slept on the couch again, it was his doggy bed during the day and at night he was right in the middle of my bed. You gotta love these babies (no matter how big they get, they're still our babies). Thanks for bringing back that good memory❣️

My dog, also a golden lab, sleeps by the stairs and his neck is usually stretched so far up his body makes a C shape. But he'll regularly fall down the stairs cuz of his sleep position

it's a coin flip, a wrong hit on the spine and he might end up with some kind of vertebral damage.i'm currently taking care and rehabbing a 3 years dog that has 2 dislocated vertebrae due to an alleged (previous owner won't confirm) fall from the stairs. she's luckily not in need of urgent operation and it's recovering but she's experiencing back paraparesis of grade 1 to 2.
