It was extremely inappropriate for the coworker to give the weather woman a sweater during LIVE TV​ ON AIR. If they were "getting emails" about exposing her shoulders, the conversation should have happened privately between her and her boss (even though it really isn't an inappropriate dress IMHO). Ridiculous, unprofessional, and shameful on the TV company's part. I hope she filed a complaint.

The stations management should step up and make a public apology to the meteorologist. They went out of their way to embarrass her in front of the news crew she worked with and all of her viewers, it's the least they can do !
