The only issue with the last one was they pulled her to standing position right away, this shouldn't be done after being in it at all let alone stuck longer. You raise it to horizontal, wait a few min, then go fully up.

it mostly happens when ur 1 repping a heavy weight, i personally prefer doing mildly heavy since anything over ~225 lbs is essentially just a "cool gym trick" with all the warmups you need to do to even think about lifting heavier
