Also started a software agency with two of my colleagues a few months ago and can only agree with all of your points. Focusing on our existing network and the people we knew helped us a lot to get the first projects. Keep up the good work!

Love the video. I'm starting my agency and I already have two potential clients. Issue is that I haven't built a software or app myself. I learned js and I'm learning react and next js. Wish I had a mentor or something. I also run a KZfaq channel with 21k subs

Learn my doing :) Just don't take more than you can make. This is very hard lessons that I have learnt myself.
