That shriek on the panel! That’s what I heard as I walked past the exit door just before the fire alarms got set off. Guess the glitch in the detector contacted the panel before the alarm, huh?

I have that fire alarm pull handle in my school but i didn't know there was a lift handle.

Possible it didn’t have it. Some Simplex models have just a hole above a pull lever, while others have a push flap above the pull lever. Could be based on the specific model.

I have a gentex commander 3 in white and cool fire inspiration. Also I don’t really like the silent knight ps-da pulls because of the way they pull.

No this is a silent knight SD505DA addressable pull station. Not rebranded either. Silent Knight only make this.

When I see these silent knight pull stations I just think of a video barstool shared on Twitter of a girl who accidentally pulled one with her leg while twerking upside down.
