I’ve seen a few videos from the U.S., Australia and England, there’s abandoned homes that are full of over grown grass, weeds and trees and even the sidewalks are covered. Walking paths are covered where people have to walk in the streets to get around. It seems like every city has the same problem. They let it be, let it all get overgrown. The cities don’t do anything about it and let old abandoned homes just sit there and rot away while the rest of the neighborhood or community grows and the neighbors take care of their own yards. It’s not their responsibility to clean up a yard. Maybe they don’t if it’s ok to help. I think people are afraid the police will tell people it’s against the law to clean up a messy yard or they need a permit to clean up an abandoned yard and house. It’s like the city will use whatever money they have to fix streets (If they actually do lol) or put in another sports arena they think they need. Who knows why.
