Idk, not everyone has the tools, the same discipline or talent... baseball is an example of bringing a "finished" product by baseball terms if we compare a player in Rookie League to when he gets to the majors. Sports are difficult, and when you see a young talent that lacks fundamentals, it is ok to take the time to refine them. Imagine a great baseball talent going straight to the Majors, that's probably disaster unless you're in the top 1% with unbelievable skills. Sports are disciplines and people know the hard work it takes to develop and maintain good mechanics, is not just for viewership.
